There are 2 tools to do this job, one is a Facebook App while the other is a website which requires authorization to connect to your Facebook profile.

wheremyfriends.be map up your friends on a Google Map and is really easy to use. All you have to do is open this link, click on the “Make Your Social Map Now” button, connect it with your Facebook profile and see your Facebook friends on a Google map.
All your Facebook friends will be “pinned” on the map and when you hover on that pin, you will see the name of the Facebook friend living in that area.
My Friend Map – The Facebook App
My Friend Map is an interesting Facebook app which map your friends on a map. It doesn’t only creates a Google map but also a normal one.
In the normal view, when you hover on a pin, the name of the friend is shown while in the Google map, the name of the place is shown and you have to click the pin to see the people living there.
