LG is quite a reputed company when it comes to smartphones. LG’s smartphones are very powerful and some of them have been very famous in the past. For example, the Optimus series has earned a lot for LG. LG has now come up with a new smartphone which is known as LG Nitro HD. It is going to be an AT&T exclusive phone and the pricing will be revealed later in this post. The specifications and features of this phone is certainly a lot powerful. You would surely love them. Let me move on to the specifications.
Specifications of LG Nitro HD
- It weighs 127 grams.
- It has a IPS-LCD capacitive 4.5 inches touchscreen.
- It has a 4GB internal storage and is expandable up to 16 GB. It has a 1 GB RAM.
- GPRS, EDGE, 2G, 3G, 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v3.0 and microUSB v2.0 are available in the Connectivity section.

I don’t find any specifications which are bad and that’s why this phone may be getting a huge response from the people. This phone would be hitting the stores in United States from 4th December 2011 and would be available with a two-year contract with AT&T. The price of this phone with the contract is around $250. This is going to be the first High-Definition phone on AT&T’s network and the third LTE phone on their network. This phone will be available in Black color which will surely be good and stylish. By the end of first week of December, it will be totally available all around United States.
Plus Points of This Phone
- Powerful specifications such as 1.5 Ghz processor, 1830 mAh Li-Ion battery, 8 megapixels camera and more.
- Affordable cost with two-year contract.
- Planned upgrade to Android 4.0(Ice Cream Sandwich).
- Cool black design with a nice sketchy type of back cover.
Minus Points of This Phone
- Only exclusive to United States(AT&T). It will be sad for people outside US to miss out on this great phone.
- It runs on Android v2.3 but it would have been great if it had run Android 4.0 from the beginning because it has a very capable ROM.
Alternatives of LG Nitro HD
- Apple iPhone 4S

- Samsung Galaxy Note
- LG Optimus 4G
