Micromax has introduced a dual-core processor Android smartphone worth Rs. 18,990/- don’t go over its price, check its features. Micromax named the handset as “Micromax Superfone A85” which is available for purchase via Flipkart. The thrilling power of the phone is its 1GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual-core processor, whereas it comes with few shortcomings too like it runs on Android 2.2 (Froyo) which is quite outdated.
We are not sure about the fact that whether this phone will be able to grab the Gingerbread update or not, but its hardware specs indicates ‘Yes’. The RAM integrated in the device is 512MB and on-board memory of the phone is 8GB.
The battery capacity of the phone is 1500mAh which is quite acceptable and offer decent amount of battery backup.
The display size of Superfone A85 is 3.8-inch with resolution of 480 x 800 pixels. The connectivity features are 3G, EDGE, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth and microUSB v2.0.
